Horrible vuelo me dejó un oído tapado ya 5 meses y sigo igual , regresando de Guate para Toronto, pero es la única opción que nos queda , quiero llegar de día a La Aurora pero los precios en las compañías gringas están elevados y muy poco tiempo la escala, la migración en Usa para regresar a Toronto es de 1 hora de cola , la ventaja con Avianca es la puntualidad.

me da tristeza ver la direccion bajo costo q ha seguido avianca, de alguna manera peor q las aerolineas ulcc de los estados unidos, y todavia con esos precios espantosos de una aerolinea de full servicio... hasta hace 5 años era el orgullo de colombia (y centroamerica si quieres) y lo han vuelto a nada. muy buen video bro

So basically it is in the end, not business class.....it is a shit economy seat with nobody in the middle. Yea....fuck that when you can have a lie flat seat and real business class service on an a350 for less!!!!!

Avianca should have used the seats that Breeze uses for their premium section to still give the upper class feel to it. These seats that Avianca uses aren’t bad at all since I’ve flown on them from ONT-SAL. They were comfy enough and far better than what you get on Plus or Economy, but Avianca could have chosen other styles.

Thanks for explaining why row 4 is included with economy. Did you notice if row 4 has some recline like the other plus seats? I'm tempted to take my chances with it since I'm 5'10 and it appears to have the adjustable head rest/cushion.

Having scratches on the outside of the window is normal from debris. As far as the service? 👎🏻. I’ve flown on avianca from LAX to BOG and back. Then MGA to GUA. I was also disappointed … not worth business class

Me sorprende que Iberia Express use los asientos Pinnacle, yo pensé que solo usaban los asientos SL3510. Es una lástima que ya muchas aerolíneas europeas instalen asientos de bajo costo en una gran parte del avión. I feel as if the ¨ full-service ¨ carriers don't have any advantage over the LCCs. Es el mismo "servicio" a bordo y los mismos asientos. It's the same thing across the pond too in Economy sadly - why would I pay, checks notes, *500 USD MORE* to fly UAL over VOS for instance when UAL offers nearly the same legroom and the same (lack) of service in Y?
